National Account Executive - Lidl
North West – One day a week.
Salary dependant on candidate experience
A global food and drinks business is looking for a National Account Executive to join the Discounter team with responsibility for a growing Lidl accoun this account has huge potential and will be a brilliant stepping stone for someone that is looking to be a Nationa Account Manager within the year. You will have responsibilty for the account and be exposed to negotiations at a high level. This role will help springbaord your career within National Accounts.
You will join a business that is at the forefront of the FMCG industry and be responsible for an account that has alot of room to grow within the business. You will be a collaborative worker with experience in the UK retail sector, it doesnt have to be Lidl but retailer expereince is essential, you will ideally be able to bring a fresh perspective to the channel and bring new ideas that will help drive the channel forward.
You will have experience within food or drink, in either Own Label or Branded. This role is as much about skillset as attitude and personality. We are looking for someone with good commercial acumen and the ability to negotiate, but also someone who wants to learn and develop.
Experience;
- Proven experience within the UK retail channels.
- Ideally experienced within the Food/Drink industry.
- Demonstratable commercial experience, ability to negotiate complex contracts and spot commercial opportunities.
- Great time management and the ability to work autonomously.
- The desire to learn and progress.
