DescriptionManage and develop strategic European accounts in high-performance, specified, fibres businesses.Develop and advance customer strategies,Build new and extend current relationships/networks to become the preferred counterparty of choice.Drive growth by capturing insights to update market points of view and understanding market value dynamics.Drive innovation in with a cross-functional group to profitably meet customer's unmet needs.
Profile
Proven professional experience in account management.Excellent communication skills, use of initiative and a contribution mindset.Economic thinking capability with the ability to understand technical markets.Willingness and ability to travel, local and abroad (approx. 25%)Automotive, Performance textile, or Chemical Industry experience is preferred.Commercial experience in value selling (versus cost-plus).Leadership experience with a commercial or customer facing roles.
