Job Details
To identify and lead the end to end creation of strategic business opportunities to drive significant value and growth. This will include defining the product & proposition, how the proposition will be delivered and the charging model.
Create the business case and lead the stakeholder engagement (including board level) to ensure alignment and support. Fully negotiate to contract completion with all 3rd parties.

Commercial Manager - Berkshire
- This role is all about building shareholder value. Looking at the market, identifying opportunities and trends
- Responsible for directing business development and sales activities, primarily focused on new customers. Will be accountable for all the party contracts / relationships from deal conception to closing
- Responsible for developing the revenue line across existing, new services and products, cash flow and value generation
- This person will need to display extremely strong leadership and inter-personal skills. Will be required to lead the virtual team, across various functions (including legal, finance, delivery), to ensure the business can deliver the new growth opportunities
- Establishes and maintains consultative relationships within each prospective counter party organisation at every level from the chief executive team to departmental managers
- The right individual will demonstrate ability to think under pressure, to articulate objectives and arguments clearly and logical and well thought through, approach to projects and negotiations.
Profile
Commercial Manager - Berkshire
- Experience of leading commercial negotiations and able to demonstrate a knowledge and understanding of standard legal and financial mechanisms with commercial contracts.
- Proven ability to analyse commercial financial outcomes and plan a negotiation to deliver within agreed tolerances.
- Experienced in defining and delivering strategies that deliver growth
- Experience in solution/consultative sales through customer relationships
- Experience developing complex business solutions and counter party engagement with large complex organisations.
- Proven hunter experience and track record of value creation.
- Have highly developed solution selling, customer relations and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively consult and influence chief executives.
- Ability to manage multi-faceted issues, complete in-depth analysis and where there maybe significant levels of risk.
Job Offer
£80,000 - £90,000 Base
£8,000 Car Allowance
