Award-winning spirits producer seeks an independently-minded, highly motivated candidate to drive sales within the UK off-trade.
The brand continues to develop category-defying products and requires they are known for their bold character in taste, profile and proposition.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Premium Account Manager
• Manage off-trade customers with a focus within premium site-led accounts and online retailers.
• Acquire new listings and ensure rotation across accounts
• Develop existing business and ensure customer requirements are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage account investment opportunities and budget.
• Identify, capitalise upon and feedback opportunities to develop brand sales and marketing.
• Manage and Develop National and Regional Cash & Carry and Wholesaler relationships to maximise opportunities.
• Create and deliver a full sales plan and develop this as accounts evolve.
• Provide reporting on the development of accounts direct to the brand owner. 
• Collate and feedback competitor intelligence
• Any other reasonable additional duties that may be required from time to time, such as conducting tastings, attending trade / consumer shows.

The Successful Applicant
Premium Account Manager - Alcohol:
• A proven track record of selling alcohol into the on trade or off trade
• Understands the alcohol industry and has a strong network
• A team player with strong influencing and negotiation skills
• High standard of administrative understanding and ability.
• An understanding of some or all of – premium retailers, e commerce accounts, contemporary deli and boutique retailers.
• Displays levels of drive, enthusiasm and positivity.
• Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of P+L management.
• Numerate but with a creative flair and a convivial approach.
• Full driving license
• To be based in: Nationwide

This is currently a small brand with strong and defined ambition, so requires an agile, self-starter that is pro-active. Due to the brand’s current stature we are seeking individuals who are keen for scope to grow within the business.
