Reporting to the Marketing & Innovation Director, this role is responsible for setting and delivering the marketing strategies and plans, to achieve our ambitious growth aspirations.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the annual brand planning process from analysis and diagnosis, to strategy setting to development of key initiatives for strategic brands including The Happy Egg Co and Purely Organic.
  • Manage the annual A&P budget to deliver the best Return on Investment for the business.
  • Own the key marketing agency relationships (including media, creative, packaging, social media and consumer PR) to create an energetic, inspired and passionate cross agency team.
  • Represent the consumer view in the development of the innovation roadmap, and draw the relevant NPD launches into the annual brand plans.
  • Lead, develop and coach the marketing team.

You will have:-

  • Significant experience in marketing FMCG brands in the UK market, including ATL and digital communications, and NPD launches.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment, combining proactive and reactive workloads and confident in juggling multiple priorities.
  • A passion for uncovering consumer insights and building brand equity. Alert to consumer trends and the changing external environment.
  • Line management experience.
