Job Details
Assisting the Merchandiser in all aspects of the Merchandising function, including the range selection and sign-off process.

The Merchandising Admin Assistant will be working within a highly successful kidswear business.
A small but rapidly growing business with close contact with the leadership team and CEO at this level. Incredible experience and exposure.
Description
· Produce and maintain line details reflecting up to date commitment and ensure all contracts are reported correctly on the system.
· Allocation and replenishment, ensure prompt and effective distribution of stock between all channels and that target branch stock levels are maintained.
· Undertake analysis of category/season/product performance on an ongoing basis and feedback lessons learnt to influence merchandising decisions both in season and for the future.
· Input into cross functional activity as required eg retail operations, Visual Merchandising and DC.
· Develop self through store, competitor and supplier visits. And through increased awareness of other HO functions and company issues.
Profile
*Experience at Allocator/ MAA level preferable. A passion to 'get things done' to a tight deadline
*Highly numerate, presentation and analysis of figures, including good working knowledge of Microsoft excel
*Good communication and negotiation skills.
*Presentation skills.
*Good planning and organisation skills
*Supervisory and task delegation.
