Role Overview
Ensuring that some of UK’s best loved beers are able to be enjoyed at home, this role will manage the Off Trade Ecommerce accounts to ensure our packaged products are available in any retailer our consumer thinks to purchase from. Working on a portfolio of accounts (inc Amazon and Ocado amongst others) this role will support the delivery of the Brewing and Brands Ecommerce strategy seeking out new and innovative ways to ensure Greene King has business plans with online retailers that deliver volume growth at a sustainable profit level.
Key deliverables
- Accelerating growth and building a sustainable, profitable business off trade ecommerce business
- Managing the translation of brand stragey and activities online with retailers and measuring success
- supporting the Off Trade National Account team
- Lead and deliver innovative ways to meet shopper needs online e.g NPD, media
- Create & maintain an annual account plans delivering the corporate objectives.
- Agree and negotiate with the customers a business plan that delivers for both the internal and external business objectives.
- Development of existing customer base and expanding account portfolio into new customer opportunities.
- Identify and implement stretch targets with accounts and across the wider Ecommerce team
- Work cross functionally with the team, supply chain, factory forecasting and finance to accurately forecast monthly / quarterly sales

Ideal Experience
- Proven success in managing and developing Amazon, including ownership and deployment of an AMS/AMG budget (min 2yrs)
- Understanding of the online customer journery for all retailers inc pureplayers
- Demostratable ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of BWS Industry prefrerred.
- Able to effectively communicate (oral and written)
- IT Literate
- A high level of numeracy and experience with P&L management
- Interpret market and category data to develop basic category insight and actions
- Self motivated to be able to work and travel unsupervised
