- They are now seeking an exceptional National Account Manager who can join them in a fast track, progressive role
The role:
- You can’t break it but you can grow it! This role has been identified as an opportunity to hire talent and see what you are made of.
- Building on the success of already strong relationships, this is about identifying new opportunities in existing customer
- You will take complete P&L ownership and be responsible for identifying new opportunities for growth.
- To manage and negotiate JBPs and promotional plans to deliver profitable ROI
- Is seen as a fast track role to identify talent so will have high exposure to the SLT. With a track record of developing their people, you could be Commercial Director in as little as 5 years! Or even go global!
Ideal candidate:
- Will be intelligent, driven and be able to demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking.
- Have experience in a fully P&L responsible National Account Manager role
- Be able to demonstrate successful and profitable growth in your accounts.
- Possess training in a classical FMCG environment
- Be a top-class National Account Manager, with a drive for success and progression in a fast paced FMCG environment
