The career developing role involves wearing many hats, covering many responsibilities ranging from shopper, consumer insights, through to development of social / digital platforms. Excellent organisational skills required as working with brand agencies to develop brand, digital & social marketing communication plans, alongside using research analysts insights to develop NPD concepts with the NPD team.
Developing strategic direction in the collation of reports, analysis and interpretation of market data/data tools such as Nielsen, Retail Link, EPOS or similar to provide learnings and insights into the relevant markets to enhance business decision making. These proven analytical skills will be complimented with strong communication competencies & a strategic mind-set which are balanced with outside the box thinking.
Ideally hold 12- 18 months Category experience due to the board spectrum of this opportunity using sales data, category data streams along with consumer & shopper insights to focus on developing analytics to help build future category plans.
You must be sharp, self-organised, excellent eye for detail, capable of project managing and the passion and aptitude to operate in this fast paced but exciting action driven environment to identify not just market trends, create exciting insights to enable future opportunities to be capitalised upon.
