About our Client:-
We are working with Agricultural Services business who have an outstanding reputation in the sector. They have seen phenomenal growth over the last 15+ years and are trusted by a range of farmers and growers around the country. As a result of this success, they have expanded the services that they offer and this role has been created in order to support this growth to the full.

About the role:-
As the Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for driving the external messages about new services the business is developing. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, you will be complementing the broader marketing team by focussing on very specific and targeted campaign drives. You will work closely with the commercial teams ensuring the messages you are developing are as relevant and targeted as they can be.

The Ideal Candidate:-
Finding someone with an agricultural marketing background would be great, but realistically, a deep understanding of the sector is less important. What is important is understanding how to build and run successful campaigns for a business which is seeing steady and sustained growth. You will likely have 5+ years experience and might be looking for an opportunity to have more flexibility and autonomy in what you are doing. The office is based in the Wisbech area, but they are flexible on remote working if you want. They would like you to be in the office 2 days a week minimum however as it is crucial for building a strong and cohesive team.
