We are currently recruiting for a fresh food business in Yorkshire with a brilliant range of premium products. This company has a strong own-label portfolio, but they are now looking to hire a National Account Manager to lead their branded offering, managing Ocado, M&S, Waitrose and Aldi.



Main responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a commercial Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with the customer
  • Gaining new listings for the new range of branded products
  • Business Development to bring on new customers
  • Delivering profitable and sustainable sales growth
  • Controlling budgets and forecasting
  • Launching and driving NPD
  • Executing all promotional plans for product portfolio
  • Building strong relationships with customer and key stakeholders
  • Maintaining daily contact with customer and attending regular face-to-face meetings
  • Keeping up with key category trends and identifying new business opportunities




What we need from you:
  • Minimum 3 years in account management
  • Experience working within a food & drink brand is a must
  • Experience managing a P&L
  • Great communicator both written and verbal
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and presentation skills
  • Background in stimulating account growth and gaining new business
