The Role

As Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and improving supplier relationships that ensures continuous improvement
• Running a team of 5/6 buyers, so the ability to grade efforts and drive pace through leadership is essential
• Researching, analysing and investigating national and international operating markets and competitor pricing strategies
• Monitoring the industry and market when making sourcing decisions
• Leading sophisticated negotiations to successful conclusions

Requirements

To be considered for this role you must have worked in a food or beverage purchasing/procurement role managing a team for at least 3 years. Experience buying multiple food categories is preferred.
