Our client is a well-known retailer, and we are working with them to hire the first Affiliate and Partnerships Manager into their team based in Central London.

They are looking for someone to join them to lead of channel Strategy and Operational Management, adding value to the business and facilitating growth. This role will be ideal for someone who has experience building strong brand partnerships and has a track record of delivering true value to a business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and executing the Affiliate & Partnership strategy
• Negotiating promotions, deals and incentives for affiliates and partners
• Strategise and optimise affiliate campaigns and build relationships with other businesses and brands
• Building a plan to constantly improve performance
• Analysing and presenting performance data to wider business and senior leadership
• Provide improvement recommendations for growth and relationship development

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role in a retail or consumer branded business
• Driven with ability to use own initiative
• Able to develop a network of valuable business relationships
• Naturally confident communicator, able to change style for different audiences
• Strong understanding and passion for the digital landscape
