Business Development Manager

£45,000 - £55,000 DOE (5% bonus on company profit)

UK wide – Home based

We are exclusively working with an FMCG partner who provide a wide range of services including marketing and product sampling. The business are currently in high growth stage and they have just acquired a contract with one of the top 4 Grocers hence the need to strengthen their sales team.

The position available is to focus on the E-commerce Channel, predominately new business, and your target customers will be everyone in the FMCG space from challenger brands through to medium / large enterprises.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify partnership opportunities with FMCG companies.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
  • Maintain existing business through focusing on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Be a brand ambassador, working to promote the full range of services and capabilities
  • Working to pre-agreed targets, accurate forecasting and delivering results.

The successful candidate will have sold to decision makers within the FMCG sector, ideally in Marketing Teams. Those from a data agency or sampling agency would be of particular interest.
