The role
As the successful Head of Marketing you will be responsible for the overall strategy of all brands in the UK & Ireland. This is a new exciting venture and you’ll be heavily involved in the creation and bringing to life a new brand in our clients already established portfolio. This position sits on the UK Senior leadership team, so you will have full exposure to the board. With your team you will also be expected to build on our clients already effective relationships with the retailers. You will work cross functionally across all teams in the local business unit, including regional and global marketing teams.
The ‘ideal’ fit
- Have experience at Head of Marketing / Senior Marketing Manager level or equivalent
- Experience working in a drinks business is essential!
- Entrepreneurial flair
- Be able to demonstrate elevating marketing capability in previous roles
- Lead transformational growth
- Listens, understands & responds to customers’ needs
- Winning mindset and results driven.
- Strong acumen in leveraging digital as a way to build stronger smarter relationships with consumers.

Salary: £competitive with a benefits package to attract the industry’s best talent.
Location: Flexible working, however you will need to have access North West office at least a couple of days a week.
