Are you a keen on-trade account manager looking for you next step in the BWS industry? Does working alongside a vibrant team and promoting an exciting brand sound enticing? Then I’m sure our latest Regional Sales Manager position will be everything you’ve been looking for.

We’re on the hunt for an ambitious, enthusiastic, and experienced salesperson to join an impressive business; one where they’re in the exciting stage of serious growth. Our client is wanting someone to bring energy and a passionate mindset to their growing sales team. You’ll be wholly responsible for on-trade business in the entirety of the London area, with the opportunity for people management not so far down the line.

No two days will be the same – you’ll be taking on a mixed role working with already developed relationships and furthering these, as well as finding and securing new business wherever you can.

Duties include:

  • Working closely with the Managing Director and Operations manager on developing potential revenue streams in line with agreed strategies.
  • The ability to build and expand detailed spreadsheets to help the business plan forward for volume growth.
  • Someone passionate about building world and super-premium craft beer brands and marketing the virtues of these brands to consumers and the trade alike.
  • Maximising potential revenues in existing customers whilst generating new revenue streams with new customers.
  • Identifying and developing opportunities with this key distributor partner.

Core Skills:

  • Sales experience. We are looking for someone with at least 2 years of work experience in sales within a progressive drinks company or craft beer business.
  • Must be used to working under pressure and demonstrate a can-do attitude in a fast-growing business and must be a very good communicator.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of the trade ideally with existing contacts and have a passion for the drinks industry, with a particular focus on craft and world beer brands.
  • A good understanding of modern IT, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word – The ability to learn other forms of software such as Brewman.
