Territory Sales Manager – Horticulture.

£28,458 to £38,789 Basic plus commission and a choice of car or car allowance.

Our client is very much recognised as the leader in its field, with a superb range of live horticultural products much loved by their customers.

We have been briefed to identify and retain an accomplished individual to take over the management of an important group of independent garden centres situated Nationwide. The job holder’s brief will be two fold; to optimise revenues from existing accounts, as well as to proactively seek out new accounts. It is anticipated that the job holder will spend approx. 25% of his/her time canvassing for new business.

To be considered for this exciting role you should ideally be from a live horticultural category and will have worked either as a field sales person / Area Sales Manager or perhaps as a Plant manager / Plant Buyer in a garden centre, and looking for your first move into sales.

In return for your dedication and efforts our client is prepared to pay a salary of between £28,458 to £38,789 plus commission and a choice of car or car allowance.

This is a home based role so your living location is less important than your commercial skills and your love of plants.
