£34,722 to £39,954 Basic plus bonus and a choice of car allowance or company car

Our client is the established leader in gifting and arts and crafts products into independent retail channel, as well as with an impressive portfolio of independent garden centre accounts. A recent joint venture with one of the largest toy manufacturers in Europe, now creates a magnificent opportunity to cross sell and cross fertilise accounts. The company is investing heavily into the new venture in terms of both offices and personnel, and also is recruiting a small team of field sales people who will report directly into you.

To be considered for this exciting role you should be an accomplished sales person as you will primarily manage your own portfolio of independent accounts, plus you will ideally have some people management experience, as you will be tasked with managing the newly created sales team in addition to managing your own accounts. We can also consider candidates looking for their first move into people management, however you should be fully familiar with, and comfortable with, coaching, training, mentoring, recruiting and also disciplinary and grievance procedures. The majority of your time will however be spent on your personal sales.

In return for your dedication and effort, our client is willing to pay a basic salary of between £34,722 to £39,954 plus bonus and a choice of car allowance or company car. Career prospects are excellent for the right candidate.
