MS&P Manager, Branded Food Manufacturing

This is a multi-category food manufacturer with a number of category leading Brands as well as retailer own label. The business is a global operation and you join a business that recognises talent, invests in people, drives innovation and is well-respected by both retailers and consumers.

This a newly created role of MS&P Manager reporting directly into the business unit controller. The role has huge scope to build this functional area and be part of the new growth and profit agenda. Essentially you will be the conduit between the success of operations and commercial activities with the customer and ultimately maximise profit.

As MS&P Manager the key responsibilities will include analysis of forecasting, measuring the category performance and providing key insight and modelling around JBP's, commercial tenders, brand plans and strategy and promotions.

To be successful in this role you will be working with FMCG Manufacturing, ideally Food or Drink and you will be currently working within either; -

• Category or insight analysis
• Net revenue management
• Market strategy and planning or coming from a commercial route such as Commercial Executive or Commercial Analyst

But most importantly you will be analytical, with solid excel capability (probably enjoy a good spreadsheet) alongside strong communication skills that allow to you work cross functional with your internal stake holders.

You can be based from home 3-4 days a week and will be offered a flexible approach to working.
