The company
Our client is a successful division of a major FMCG privately owned company operating across a number of diverse categories. The company specialises in natural food and drink brands sold in all major supermarkets, health food shops and independent retailers. The culture is entrepreneurial, innovative and fast paced.
Our client is now seeking to accelerate the growth of their business further by building a strong, ambitious marketing business unit. They are looking for a Senior Brand Manager to join their team and to be instrumental in assisting the Head of Marketing in delivering a long-term NPD pipeline and brand strategy.
The role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this is a broad and varied role and presents a real opportunity to be at the centre of this growing business. Your remit will include market insight, category and brand strategy, NPD management and BTL / consumer communications. You will have one direct report. Post COVID-19, the position will be based at the H.O in Hampshire, with some home working allowed, c. 2 days per week.
About you
To qualify for this exciting marketing opportunity, you possess excellent core marketing skills, obtained within a branded environment. You can proudly articulate your brand growth successes and achievements. You are energetic and flexible, with a curious and creative approach.
Project management skills are essential, with demonstrable experience of personally managing cross-functional teams to deliver key projects. Experience in working with Nielsen and Kantar data is desirable. Shopper Marketing experience is advantageous.
