This role is an excellent opportunity to manage and develop an already established Sales team.
This will include all areas of sales including field sales, BDMs, Telesales and the line managers of these divisions.
The purpose of the role is to define and implement a sales strategy to support further sales growth.
This will include devising the structure of the sales team, recruiting for key positions, deciding on the target end user sectors, and initiating both retention/growth and new business plans.
This personal will be highly influential in motivating and training the team and be pivotal in supporting our 5 year growth plan.
Our customer base is established but varied encompassing all foodservice areas, including Hotel, Restaurant, leisure, education and healthcare accounts.

The successful candidate will be an experienced man manager from within the foodservice industry.
- Candidates must have a proven track record in Foodservice man management within sales.
- Candidates with experience within Foodservice wholesale will be of particular interest.
- We will also consider candidates with experience within Foodservice manufacturing.
- Candidates must be “hands on” in their approach and enjoy both driving sales directly with customers and via a team.
