Team Leader - Weekends

Part Time, Contract till 31^st December (potential for perm)

Salary: £90 per day + up to 20% bonus opportunity + 30p per mile

Working: All Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays 

Hours: 10am to 6pm (Sat & Bank Holiday Monday), store opening hours (Sunday)

Please Note: Due to the regional travel required to visit team members on a Saturday you must have access to a vehicle and a full driving licence.

The Team Leader is responsible for the sales performance of our client’s products in their region and the coaching & development of a team of home appliance promoters in store. The promoter team leader will visit their home appliance promoters on Saturdays supporting, coaching & developing them and on Sundays will be based in a local store selling directly to consumers whilst supporting the store with training & merchandising.

You will be responsible for:

• Representing the brand and driving sales 
• Demonstrating and matching products to consumer needs confidently
• Building relationships in store and providing sales support 
• Coaching & developing a team of home appliance promoters
• Maximising brand awareness
• Reporting performance and insight daily

You will have:

• A passion for technology
• Team leading and coaching & development experience
• Strong sales experience, ideally in a retail environment or demonstrate a strong ability to engage consumers
• Strong relationship building skills and the drive to succeed and deliver excellent customer service results
• Results driven
• Technology experience is preferred and an interest in technology is a must!
