Signature Career Management are partnered with an inspiring FMCG SME who have seen impressive commercial growth, over and above competitors in their category. Based in Greater London, they have consistently outperformed market trends and are continuing this by putting a focus in their branded side of the business. They’ve already made huge waves and offer the best of both worlds in a scale up brand with the backing of an established foodie business who are investing across the business as they take the brand to the next level of growth!

With their continued success in mind, this is a newly created role that will expand their commercial team. They are seeking an Account Manager that will take full ownership across a range of OOH accounts, where they are already well established and thriving, but also have a keen eye in acquiring new accounts onto the portfolio. As OOH Account Manager, you will be an expert in your customers and help to excel the business to the next level.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Identifying new opportunities to grow within the current portfolio as well as gaining new business in prospective customers
  • Commuting to numerous different customers across the UK with a key focus in the south
  • Complete forecasts and budgets
  • Networking and building excellent relationships with key customers and managing their day to day needs
  • Developing & delivering annual account plans covering all elements of the sales mix
  • Effectively selling the brands products effectively to a range of OOH customers including HORECA & Wholesalers

What we need from you:

  • “Can do” attitude, a self starter and have the desire to succeed
  • FMCG sales experience is a must, with 12 months in the OOH channel being the minimum
  • Experience in selling a Branded product
  • Strong communication skills across all levels
  • Can operate in a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record of generating new listings and expanding ranges within existing accounts
  • Able to get behind the brands ethos!
  • A team player, always looking at what is best for the business
