Job Details

Our client: 

  • An international branded premium food manufacturer
  • Excellent organic growth as well as bolstering their product portfolio through a string of acquisitions
  • Cash rich, with one of the biggest acquisitions this year
  • Now seek to recruit a National Account Manager to take responsibility for Grocery Retail

The National Account Manager role: 

  • Newly created due to exceptional growth
  • Will have full P&L responsibility for Morrison’s and Lidl
  • Manage a mix of Category Leading Branded and Own Label Products
  • Own the JBP process, including pricing and promotion negotiations
  • Has excellent long term development opportunity as they continue to add additional roles into the structure

Ideal National Account Manager candidate: 

  • Will be driven and hungry with an eye for identifying growth opportunities
  • Will be commercially astute with experience managing a P&L
  • Must have a background in FMCG, ideally within Food and Drink
  • Be able to demonstrate customer prioritisation to drive growth
  • Experience on Grocery Retail customers
