Field Sales Solutions has an exciting opportunity for you to join them as a Territory Development Manager.

This is your opportunity to work for Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company. We work in partnership with some of the biggest brands out there. And it doesn’t get much bigger than Procter & Gamble, the name behind most exciting household and beauty brands.

It’s our job to ensure that when a member of the public wants to purchase goods, it’s our client’s brands that are on the shelves. In order to make that happen, you’ll be building relationships with general managers of tiered grocery multiples and well-known high street retailers including B&M and Boots. We’ll ensure that you’re given the tools, market insight and the autonomy to have informed conversations about things like on shelf availability, point of sale displays and business objectives. Elements that’ll combine to a sales uplift of Procter & Gamble products, benefitting both our client and the retailer.

In return for joining us as our Territory Development Manager we can offer you a competitive salary of £21,500 + Up to 15% Bonus + Company Car

What you will be doing as our Territory Development Manager?

  • Developing strong working relationships with store managers, or key decision makers within your retail outlets. Analysing sales performance across your territory to identify outlets with the greatest opportunity, then implement action plans. Influence store managers to gain agreement on strategy that will drive Procter & Gamble sales. Use big data to recommend stock levels to drive base sales increases.

Reporting to your Regional Manager, you’ll have monthly team meetings to discuss progress. Otherwise, this role is field based with the majority of time spent building those relationships with our retail outlets. There’ll be a high level of autonomy, so you’ll need to be organised and have a solid record of converting sales.

What will you need to become our Territory Development Manager?

  • A passion for sales and the brand portfolio. Strong communication, negotiation, influencing and planning skills.   Ability to think strategically, whilst fulfilling the immediate business objectives. Proven record of demonstrating initiative & delivering results. Full UK Drivers License.
