Sales Director required to lead and coach a team of NAM/SNAM's

Working in Conjunction with the MD to develop Commercial UK Strategy

  • Lead and coach a Team of NAM's and SNAM's - team of 8 with 5 direct reports
  • Strengthen partnerships with key Retail partners, in particular Morrison's and Co-op.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities within the UK whilst protecting existing business.
  • Present and evaluate all proposals for future strategic fit in line with business strategy.
  • Develop commercial proposals in conjunction with the Managing Director. Take full ownership of product/solution/service offer development, costings, forecasts, operational delivery and management of stakeholders both internal and external
  • Work closely with Head of Operations to ensure the sales and operational functions work harmoniously.


  • We are looking for a candidate that wants to build a career in a sustainable, fast growing organisation
  • Ideally someone with fresh food or packaging sales experience.
  • A candidate with at least 10 years sales/account management experience and has operated at senior levels within organisations.
  • Advanced Excel and Presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working within IT systems - Salesforce, SAP
