You’ll have full ownership end-to-end of the brand strategy which you’ll take under your rein and develop 3–5-year approach to get this brand developed from a strong base in the on-trade, into the off-trade. 🍾

You’ll be working within a people driven culture and looking after a small team of three, who are going to help and support you with the new brand strategy project. 💃🕺

You’ll be planting the seeds now, watering and nurturing this BWS brand, helping it successfully become a core brand so everyone can enjoy the fruits of your labour later. 🍎

Maybe even celebrate that with a toast as you drink in the success of the brand YOU landed. 🥂

Drinks category experience is not necessary, they’re really looking for someone who’s already been involved in launching a smaller FCMG brand within a larger business. 🚀

They need someone who can work at pace but also be patient as not to rush things. 🏃🏽‍♀️
