An exciting role has become available for a successful field sales candidate with experience of selling consumer products into multiple accounts and independents to join this large Optical client as their new Regional Sales Manager for the South East region.

We are keen to hear from candidates with experience across the optical, lens, pharma, healthcare and related consumer products categories.

Regional Sales Manager - Optical / Meditech


The Regional Sales Manager - Optical / Meditech will;
  • drive sales and profit across existing accounts but also drive new business across the region also
  • drive net sales, profit and company and brand penetration and awareness across their region and the UK
  • create and execute strategic sales growth plans that expand our customer base and gets more of the product range to the consumers
  • work with existing and potential customers to grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs and offering solutions that meet these requirements
  • proactively manage the sales pipeline, reporting into the sales director and forecasting accurately across the designated region
  • maximise and expand the territory as much as possible by networking and driving the brand reputation


The Regional Sales Manager - Optical / Meditech will;
  • be a dynamic and influential sales person with a successful track record in sales results, building excellent relationships and increasing market share within their role
  • have the ability to mix between existing customers and driving new business, networking to maximise all opportunities in sales
  • a background in optical, lenses, healthcare, meditech, pharma or anything related to these fields
  • strong ability to influence knowledgeable stakeholders
  • strong presentation and communication skills
  • excellent sales techniques
  • be a patient and long term thinking individual
  • self-motivated, able to work strongly when on their own, driven by results and commission
  • be located in the south east England area so on patch for the role

Job Offer

£35,000 to £40,000 DOE + company car, fuel card, expenses, fantastic commission (OTE circa £10k-£20k per annum) + other benefits
