Insights Analyst

Field Sales Solutions have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Insight Analyst! We are a leading field marketing company, and we represent the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK – Ferrero! Our client, Ferrero’s brand portfolio encompasses Iconic brands Including the No.1 selling spread – Nutella!

Our Insights Analyst will be based out of our client Head Offices in Greenford. You would be responsible for monitoring in- store activation via our “Perfect Store” tools, to analyse results & generate Insights in order to support the development of the Ferrero’s Perfect Store strategy (Shopper Experience Centre, Commercial Planning, POS innovation, NPD activation).

In return for joining us as an Insights Analyst, we can offer you a competitive salary of £32,000 + benefits.

Location: Ferrero Head Office, Greenford.

What will you be doing as our Insights Analyst?

Working collaboratively to plan, execute and review in-store activation. Managing relationships with our suppliers on weekly basis. Supporting with the creation of the “The Perfect Store Scorecard” & Integration project with our field team. Managing daily usage of the Ferrero Shopper Experience Centre, driving usage and development of the facilities. Responsibility for the development & integration of the Kantar Consulting tools within Ferrero Category ways of working, using merchandising and range expertise acquired via field and past experiences. Support the Perfect Store Controller in developing a Field Commercial Planning process. Support the New Product Development launch teams by bringing Field expertise to every project as well as linking these with Perfect Store Acceleration tools projects Working with the Shopper team for point of sale Innovation programs, bringing Field expertise for point of sale optimisation and quality approval.

What are we looking for in our Insights Analyst?

Previous experience in FMCG Good organisation & project management skills Ability to analyse data and provide recommendations on Insight Advanced Excel skills e.g., Pivot Tables
