Senior Account Manager
£50-£55k salary + generous car allowance + 25% bonus + Excellent Benefits
A c.£200m branded division of a multi £billion food group, with ambitious plans to grow in the UK and key International markets has created a new opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join the international team.
This is a chance to own and drive a rapidly-growing business in an exciting area of the market. Working with an engaged and ambitious distributor, this role enjoys senior internal visibility, and an opportunity to gain valuable international and distributor experience, involvement in marketing plans, and influence across the whole route to market for this area, from supply through to sales. The business aims to double its international sales by 2025, and needs a bigger commercial team to engage, manage and push key day-to-day stakeholders effectively externally and internally to help achieve this goal.
The business wants to create real positions of strength across the brand portfolio and there are markets which are still relatively untapped – the challenge will be to focus on these areas of opportunity and work with the distributor to drive growth into a substantial business region.
You are highly motivated by growth, able to balance both inspiring and driving others to achieve a common goal whilst maximising strong relationships to foster a motivating work environment for long-term success. You are currently working in a category or commercial role within FMCG, grocery experience would be helpful but not essential, more importantly we are looking to speak with ambitious high potential candidates who are ready for their next step.
