Exciting opportunity to join Brook Food Processing Equipment and lead the Sales team in the next phase of our growth. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our senior team and lead the drive for further growth.
Operating in the innovative and ever growing bakery sector, Brook Food Processing Equipment provides the most comprehensive machinery solutions to a varied range of customers within the craft and industrial sectors.
Demand for our products and services is growing in this very buoyant market. Our current team offers a wealth of industry experience and depth of equipment implementation and your responsibilities will include both management of this proposition and hands-on sales. Along with the generation, qualification and conversion of leads and opportunities as well as the management of the sales department this role also includes membership of the Senior Management Team - an important and strategic position.
Other aspects of the role will include recruiting and managing sales executives and administration staff as well as being a model of the culture that matches and amplifies our company values and constantly seeking to improve every aspect.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated successful sales and management experience, be able to contribute strategically and, ideally, have an understanding of the bakery or other food manufacturing applications. Proven ability to lead and manage all types of people as well as build and promote long lasting relationships with our customers and continue to understand their needs.

Required Skills and Experience
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar management position
• Experience leading, coaching and mentoring people in a fast paced environment
• Ability to influence and motivate others to fulfil their potential
• Excellent team player with outstanding communication skills
• Proactive in the development of the company’s growth
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Results orientated with strong analytical skills
