About the Role

As Planteria Department Manager, you will be confident in stock control working closely with your team to ensure the best products are readily available, you will be focused on ensuring the plant area is of the highest standard. You should get excited about providing excellent customer service and training your team to do the same. Your passion for horticulture will be paramount, and you will be able to use this to offer advice to customers, create excellent displays and maintain stock levels.

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Garden Centre environment at management level and be confident in their ability to act as Duty Manager in the absence of the Centre Manager, being responsible for the whole site. You will have a commercial mind understanding stock control including budgets, sales and have a Horticulture background.
