Salary £21-25k per annum

Wave are a fast growing Activation & Experiential Agency with huge ambition to be in the Top 10 UK & Ireland Experiential agencies.   Our Project Co-ordinators/Managers play a huge part in our business.  Not only will you really know your stuff when it comes to data, considering yourself advanced when it comes to using Excel and PowerPoint but you will also have fantastic verbal and written communication skills.  An added bonus would be if you have a working knowledge of Microsoft/Power BI or maybe a similar package (although this is not essential).  These roles can be tough and if working in an extremely fast paced, multi tasking environment fills you with dread then you definitely should not apply! Working closely with our Account Managers on multiple projects for our clients (Nespresso, Unilever, Walls, Microsoft, Ben & Jerry's to name just a few), we are looking for someone who can demonstrate they have experience of working with Excel and PowerPoint on a daily basis and managing a heavy workload.  You will be a natural at spinning 'multiple plates' and make it look effortless!.  But thats not all, your ability to see the bigger picture and tell the story will be vital to your success.  By this we mean your ability to pull insight from data generated by each campaign.  

You will initiate and own projects, solving problems, prioritising and meeting challenging and sometimes competing deadlines - all with limited supervision. We want you to bring innovation to this role as we are always keen to look at new ways of improving our offering.  Can you take our reporting to the next level?

Skills Required

This is a fast-paced and varied role, which will require determination, organisation, enthusiasm, strong team working skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong and proven track record of project management skills
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Able to work on own initiative to ensure that activities are delivered and display initiative to solve problems and support the wider team
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to review results and deliver comprehensive reporting using the appropriate tools, and deliver insight into performance of activities
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint (VLOOKUPS, PIVOT TABLES ETC.)
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude while faced with challenging deadlines
  • A team player, able to work towards shared objectives and targets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage your own time and prioritise workload whilst working at pace
  • Ability to challenge the “norm” and implement new more efficient ways of working

You should ideally be within a 2hours travel of Ancoats. This role will operate between Monday to Friday and will require flexibility between the office opening times of 8am and 6pm. It is anticipated that there may be overnights for activity training from time to time, therefore individuals must be able to travel and stay away up to 1-2 nights (in the week) depending upon activity requirements. In addition there may be an occasional need to work at weekends, and consequently may need to work outside of 8am to 6pm.
