How does playing a significant part in the Digital transformation for one the largest FMCG brands globally sound?
As a result of localising key markets, the UK & Ireland territory is going through a period of positive transformation and growth.
As part of an evolving Digital and Ecommerce proposition, the role of Senior Traffic and Conversation Manager will play a key part in increasing and driving the full funnel strategy across key brands to increase opportunities to connect to consumers to drive sales across all sub-channels.
About the role:
Developing Full Funnel Strategy:
- Developing a strong conversation strategy
- Create a rolling 12-month plan of opportunities to drive traffic through to retail
- Commercialise our 1st / 2nd / 3rd party data
Leadership across the organisation:
- Inspire and engage the organisation on the powerful role of a full funnel approach
- Work with the Sales team to seek out opportunities with their customers
Activation and Execution:
- Data capture and segmentation of audiences
- Execute precision marketing campaigns
- Assisting impact of campaigns and outline and plan to increase incremental topline growth opportunities
About you:
Digital expert, with demonstrated experience in data segmentation & full funnel approach to campaigns driving conversation through to Retail
Well versed in performance marketing, website traffic, conversation and retention, preferable ecommerce retail background
Experience of setting up Precision marketing campaigns
