As National Field Sales Manager you will lead a passionate team of 9 Account Managers based regionally across the UK in key areas including London, The Midlands, The North & Scotland. You will be responsible for regularly spending time in trade with your team, developing their skillset to enable to them to better perform their current role but also progress within the business. You will set out their key KPIs, their development plans and report to the Head of On-Trade. As part of the management team, you will also be involved in the development of the ongoing field sales strategy.
To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have leadership experience from within the world of FMCG. Ideally this will come from a premium product background and be from within the UK On-Trade. You will be a great coach, leader, and manager, with a passion for developing a team and succeeding through others. You will be commercially astute and analytical, able to recognise trends in performance and identify opportunities for growth.
