Description

As an Account Manager you will have the following roles and responsibilities;
  • Point of contact for a defined customer base.
  • Work alongside internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and service goals.
  • Manage an allocated set of customer accounts.
  • Oversee current opportunities and develop new ones by cross selling other services.
  • Interact with customers daily through calls and emails.
  • Build a professional network through social media channels.
  • Deliver excellent service to your portfolio of accounts.
  • Manage customer queries and orders through the supply chain.
  • Work in collaboration with the external sales team to refer potential opportunities.


Profile
  • Demonstrable track record within an account management or customer service role.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast paced and customer focused environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Competent using CRM systems.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
  • Team orientated.


Job Offer
  • A basic salary up to £32,000
