Description
As an Account Manager you will have the following roles and responsibilities;
- Point of contact for a defined customer base.
- Work alongside internal and external teams to achieve business objectives and service goals.
- Manage an allocated set of customer accounts.
- Oversee current opportunities and develop new ones by cross selling other services.
- Interact with customers daily through calls and emails.
- Build a professional network through social media channels.
- Deliver excellent service to your portfolio of accounts.
- Manage customer queries and orders through the supply chain.
- Work in collaboration with the external sales team to refer potential opportunities.
Profile
- Demonstrable track record within an account management or customer service role.
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced and customer focused environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Competent using CRM systems.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Team orientated.
Job Offer
- A basic salary up to £32,000
- 20% discretionary bonus.
