Signature Career Management are partnered with a FMCG business based in Berkshire who operate a collaborative, open and supportive work environment. A socially conscious, branded SME that have an enterprising product. Led by energetic and committed entrepreneurs with a fantastic level of industry experience, they are dynamic and can act quick yet highly professional which allows them to separate themselves from their competitors!

The business is currently experiencing unbelievable growth and you will play a vital role in taking them to the next level, with a focus on key accounts within 6 targeted channels. This newly created role will see you not only hunt for these key accounts but manage and develop those accounts for continued growth of the business. With full responsibility in P&L, you will be given the autonomy to make this role your own and implement strategy and advance commercial development. This truly is a one-of-a-kind role that is not to be missed.

Key duties include;

  • Identifying new customer opportunities and creatively sell in the brand
  • Securing new distribution
  • Representing the brand at key events to increase awareness
  • Successfully launch the brands portfolio into new customers
  • Providing excellent customer service with mutually beneficial, joint business plans
  • Develop and implement instore activation
  • Analyse performance to identify key insights and growth opportunities for NPD
  • Successfully sell in NPD to grow our businesses together

The candidate will be/have;

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Experience within multiple channels is a must!
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Drive and passion to succeed
  • Engaging communication skills
  • Can Do attitude
  • Numerate – 1st class problem solving ability
  • Understanding of P&L and JBP process advantageous
