On Trade National Account Manager

This opportunity is a rarity in the on-trade and part of a business who are a well backed challenger brand and perfectly positioned in a rapidly growing category. The business is already projecting a multimillion pound turnover and currently on the hunt for like minded individuals that are looking to put their own stamp on something!

This is a brand who have roots in London and Edinburgh and backed by some seriously interesting investors, already seeing growth across the off trade, on trade and D2C channels.  They’re now in a position to build out their sales team and looking to appoint an Account Manager to cover the Scotland region. The accounts range from Pubs, Bars, Restaurants, Hotels, to the premium and super premium, as well as distributors and wholesalers.

They’re a lifestyle brand which is all about a positive and progressive move and are looking to appoint someone who shares their values and excited to realise the growth which is projected. You will play a vital role in their ambitious plans and looking for someone who is well networked within the on-trade across Scotland.

Whilst the brand is tremendously exciting and in a fantastic place in positioning and set to make big moves in both the on and off trade, this won’t be for everyone due to the start-up nature.  You will be in at the beginning of the journey so not all processes are in place yet, you’ll be needed to go above and beyond the day to day and this will take courage, tenacity and an entrepreneurial spirit to realise success.

• Able to operate at pace, you will be restless for success and enjoy variety.
• Experienced in managing the on-trade in Scotland and have a wide network.
• Good communication skills you’ll win people over with your passion and enthusiasm, generally operating in a positive way! 
• A glass half full person who is an entrepreneur at heart.
• PERSONALITY!!! AND HEAPS OF IT!
