In this role you will:

  • Plan and buy digital media for the respective markets (portfolio brands). Working closely with line manager to support local and central campaigns.
  • Localise and implement EMEA and local campaigns, leveraging the network of digital co-ordinators.
  • Ensure accurate set up and management of paid social/ direct buys/ programmatic/ affiliate campaigns across 3P’s (Platforms, Publishers & Personalities).
  • Lead ongoing optimisation and evolution of media activity, devising and managing appropriate testing frameworks and beta products in order to maximise campaign performance.  
  • Ensure regular performance-based optimisation tasks (including adjusting budgets/bids, altering targeting and refreshing creative) take place on a regular basis.
  • Ensure activation and execution happens within timeframe agreed with brand team(s).
  • Lead updates at regular brand team review meetings and status calls on specific channel(s).
  • Work with local digital co-ordinators/assistants to deliver/install our digital strategy.
  • Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluate new technologies and ensure our brands are at the forefront of industry developments

Successful candidates:

  • Strong digital marketing/media experience ideally within a high-growth company and/or agency.
  • At least 3-4 years’ hands on experience in digital media buying and planning. In-platform experience is paramount for the position.
  • Have an in-depth understanding of paid social/ direct buys/ programmatic/ affiliate campaigns advertising platforms and how to define, segment and target people online.
  • Proven experience with running measurement solutions (BLS, Creative testing, etc.)
  • Ability to independently research new areas of the market or areas of opportunity and develop POV’s to share with colleagues and brand teams.
  • Ability to independently activate, manage, and optimize campaigns, and oversee others to ensure quality of output.
