The business is currently experiencing fantastic growth and you will play a vital role in taking them to the next level, with a large amount of investment being pumped into the E-commerce channel. This newly created role will see you manage Amazon, D2C site but also support on the wider sales team on new business. Fully P&L responsible you will be given the autonomy to make this channel your own, building strategy and implementing. This really is a one of those roles that does not come along very often. This is a home-based contract, but preference would be South of Midlands.

Key duties include;

  • Developing and executing sales strategy with Amazon in the UK and EU plus the D2C site initially.
  • Delivering high growth sales targets.
  • Optimising listings.
  • Launching the brand into new markets.
  • Analysing performance and competitor activity to identify key insights and growth opportunities such as NPD.
  • Full P&L ownership.

The candidate will be/have;

  • Proven track record in sales
  • Experience of managing Amazon is a must!
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Drive and passion to succeed
  • Engaging communication skills
  • Can Do attitude
  • Numerate – 1st class problem solving ability
  • Understanding of P&L and JBP process advantageous
