A superb opportunity has arisen to join one of our most exciting and fastest growing FMCG clients - home-based. The role will see their new National Account Manager look after key customers in the grocery channel.

The National Account Manager - Top 4 Grocery - will look after the largest customers in the channel helping to deliver the joint business plan, key revenue and profit and spearhead the growth and development plan with the customer.

You will have full P&L responsibility and be working collaboratively with our customers to sustainably grow profitability and market share.

In addition to the day to day responsibilities we are looking for a candidate that can already illustrate a successful track record of growth with a key grocery Top 6 customer.


The National Account Manager - Top 4 Grocery - will come with the following key skills and experience:-
  • successful sales track record of growth with a major customer
  • a background in the FMCG industry
  • desirable experience across wellness, beauty, health and personal care would be great!
  • a real team player that brings innovation to the table
  • great relationship builder, a track record of sustained success with a key customer
  • strong presentation and communication skills are clearly essential
  • the right drive, ambition, passion and energy to succeed
  • experience within both blue chip and sme organisations would be very desirable
  • mobility across England (UK) is required - the role will be home-based with a small number of days per month required in the south east office

Job Offer

up to £50,000 base salary + £7k per annum Car Allowance + up to 15% annual bonus + other benefits
