My client are very excited to welcome the right Sales Manager into the team to lead and deliver our company's sales objectives in the key UK market and select export markets. Description

As follows:-
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to deliver UK and export sales targets.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with key accounts and independent retailers with an emphasis on achieving new listings for our brands.
  • Manage existing accounts in the e-commerce and export regions
  • Deliver new business development opportunities across all UK sales channels.
  • Successfully activate new product launches to the UK trade.
  • Implement product pricing in the UK market to ensure alignment with corporate requirements and brand positioning.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports.
  • Submit forecasts and projections of future plans and performance
  • Actively engage on a strategic level with the founder and management team of the business on new opportunities and areas of interest.

Your leadership, tenacity and agility will be key success factors in this role, as will be your ability to see the possibility and act with purpose and flair. You should have a real love for what you do that truly makes a difference and builds my clients business and brands. You will be single minded in leading your business, finding the right distribution and activation opportunities to cut through and create momentum, unlocking new opportunities and always keeping the customer journey and experience at the heart of decision making.
  • A minimum of 4 years sales/commercial experience within the drinks industry with an emphasis on building brands.
  • A strong ability to forecast accurately and deliver constant value and attention to detail with an eye on the P&L.
  • A self-starter with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Highly developed negotiation and account management skills
  • Superb communication skills and an ability to forge relationships
  • A passion for the drinks industry, brand building
  • Entrepreneurship and an eye for new opportunities.
  • Some experience within an e-commerce environment would be an additional advantage.
  • Full driving licence
  • Second language preferred
