We are working with a very highly regarded Fresh Produce business who have seen significant growth over the last few years. They have consistently out supplied their competitors and positioned themselves as one of the leading Produce businesses in the country.

About the role:-
This is a great first role for someone starting out in their commercial career whether that is having finished your A-levels or your degree. The Account Management team is the first port of call for their Retail customers. You will be supporting this team and learning the ropes, with the ultimate view to progress within the business. Initially, this will cover some administration tasks related to running of the account as well as supporting with presentations to the customer and ensuring the customers needs are well represented in the business and are met.

The Ideal Candidate:-
Attitude is the key attribute we are looking for. A relevant degree level qualification would be great, but isn't essential. The business is looking for someone who wants to develop and learn from the ground up. You will be looking to challenge yourself and push yourself to do better. The company have a history of promoting from within and for the right person this is very achievable. You will need to have good admin skills along with good attention to detail. MS Office skills and strong communication is crucial as well.
