This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Scotland’s leading distillers. They have an incredibly diverse portfolio of single malt and blended Scotch whisky accompanied by a number of other premium spirit brands adding real depth to their range of products. Their collection is renowned both domestically and internationally and they are now looking to recruit a talented National Account Manager to join their Off-Trade sales team.

The key purpose and responsibilities of the role will include:

• Managing a core set of customers across the Wholesale & Convenience channel with full P&L responsibility – the likes of Bestway, Booker, Co-Op etc.
• Driving distribution and new listings through effective JBPs and customer negotiation
• Identifying key opportunities for new business with other non-trading customers
• Supporting the wider Off-Trade sales team with the development of the channel strategy

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity it is important that you have experience managing customers within either the convenience or wholesale channels, ideally at head office level. High performing regional salespeople with experience in the channel may also be considered. Whilst experience in premium spirits is not essential, a passion and knowledge of the category will be advantageous.
