Job Details

PepsiCo are looking for a fantastic individual to join the team on a secondment and build on our online business presence & solutions for future growth.
You'll be creating long term business strategies for our "Rapid Delivery" channel (Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Getir, Gorillas, etc…) partnering with multiple internal & external teams to execute & deliver growth.

The right candidate will have a blend of outstanding entrepreneurial skills, strong commercial acumen as well as strong ability to think outside of the box.
Key to this role is being able to take a strategic and collaborative consultative approach in order to bring others on board with your ideas. You'll have very strong communication skills to engage with a wide range of customers and internal partners & stakeholders.
This is a high profile role, to be the leader of a critical growth space, it's a terrific platform to make an impression and a real impact on the business.

What you'll get up to

  • Own the relationships with 'final mile' or 'rapid delivery' platforms including Just Eat, Uber Eats, Getir etc… developing relationships to Director & Founder level
  • Actively partner with core internal teams who's customers are operating within the Rapid Delivery space e.g. Co-op, Asda, BP, McDonalds, etc. - operate as a subject matter expert within internal & external teams
  • Establish & develop emerging partnerships with new platforms & customers in this space - Proactively identify the right opportunities for PepsiCo, our portfolio & consumer missions
  • Identify, build & execute an accelerated growth plan with the spectrum of customers, delivering £multi-million ahead of curve growth over a number of years
  • Actively partner with UK & European marketing teams to deliver unique execution as well as Franchise & Britvic for PO1 initiatives
  • Identify & develop local solutions to maximise the unique opportunities this channel offers (e.g. Doritos Diner, Wotsits mac n cheese store) as well as leveraged / Direct to Consumer stores giving PepsiCo a direct presence on growth platforms
  • Deploy & develop the Rapid Delivery playbook, identifying solutions across Range, Price, Promo, Experience, Perfect Page & Activation to deliver growth & learnings for PepsiCo & our key partners
  • Be the SME for 'rapid delivery' channel & understanding shopper behaviour, partnering with broader eCommerce teams
  • Leverage European & global knowledge and teams to understand the emerging landscape - develop a global awareness enabling PepsiCo UK & our key partners to deploy the right growth solutions
  • 2x Direct reports
  • Entrepreneurial approach with ability to operate across multiple internal & external stakeholders to build the right relationships & opportunities for PepsiCo and handle multiple projects & requirements within a blend of timelines
  • Proven experience and a track record of commercial performance & growth within a B2C or B2B environment
  • Solid matrix leadership skills to motivate a wide ranging audience from senior leaders through to customer & operational teams
  • Excellent communication skills - engage and influence multiple stakeholders to build strong working relationships internally and externally
  • Solid commercial & analytical skills - ability to see long term impacts from short term commercial decisions
  • Preferred but not mandatory: Digital experience & strong understanding of digital marketing & broader commercial levers
