As Head of Group Sales your responsibilities include:
- Developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
Understand the Pet Category and trends to ensure you growth
Manage, lead and motivate a large sales team to deliver results
Profile
- Strong FMCG/Consumer Leader
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to influence and lead sales team
- Experience of reviewing product proposition and structure to ensure maximum growth opportunities
