As an Operations Executive, you will deliver improved operational services to deliver a high-quality service to internal and external clients within agreed standards and procedures.

In return for joining us as our Operations Executive we can offer you a competitive salary of £21,000 + Bonus

Location: Thame

What you will be doing as our Operations Executive?

  • Development of the account processes and systems to ensure they are appropriate and capable of meeting all client objectives.
  • Work to identify and implement new and improved procedures and services in a continual review of head office support to provide increased service satisfaction levels to the client.
  • To oversee the provision of accurate, relevant and timely call file and cycle change management to ensure that the post call management Information is appropriate to the client and operational requirements.
  • Provide effective communication routes between departments, field, client and operations to ensure efficient sharing & use of information.
  • Work to implement the plans put in place to meet all agreed service standards & deadlines. 
  • Communicating changes to ensure that a high standard quality service is always achieved.
  • Develop dashboards and be able to manipulate data and provide reporting for Team and Account manager, on a day to day basis.
  • Working to promote sharing of best working methods across the business and to ensure that all direct reports are kept fully informed of news and developments.
  • To ensure the team delivers a high-quality service to Clients and Client Service on a day to day basis.
  • To review current working practices / procedures and systems to recommend cost effective improvements.

What will you need to become our Operations Executive?

  • Excellent Interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Willing to adapt to new and changing technologies and environments. 
  • Effective time management & ability to work to short deadlines.
  • Well organised & able to create and presentations.
