This is your opportunity to work for Field Sales Solutions, a leading field marketing company. We represent the fastest growing confectionery company in the UK. Whilst you will be employed by Field Sales Solutions, you will be assigned to work for one of our largest clients Ferrero. Ferrero is a rapidly expanding FMCG that encompasses iconic brands such as Ferrero Rocher, Kinder, Nutella, Tic Tac, and Thornton’s!
In return for joining us as our Sales Development Manager we can offer you a competitive salary of €30,000 + Up to 10% Bonus + Company Car

What you will be doing as our Sales Development Manager?
- Implementing & executing the operational field strategy for the grocery channel that contributes to the current and future needs of our client, Ferrero. Leveraging a competitive advantage in the marketplace and contributing to the delivery of all key financials, budgets, and targets. Delivering a return on investment within outlets on your defined geographical territory Building relationships at both store and account area manager level to deliver the best results for our client. Delivering value by adding initiatives in store to ensure sustainable business growth. Educating customers on market & category opportunities. Developing solutions & actions to deliver continuous improvement. Monitoring & evaluating call file performance. Suggesting amendments via your line manager to ensure efficiency. Monitoring market conditions, customer & competitor behaviour & communicating findings you’re your line manager. Sales orders, merchandising and date rotating all available stock.
What will you need to become our Sales Development Manager?
- Strong communication, negotiation & influencing skills. Ability to think strategically and analyse data. Determination to achieve & willingness to continually learn. Demonstrable commercial acumen Positive and flexible attitude Results driven. Willing to stay away. Clean driving licence.
