This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a new, innovative premium mixer & soft drinks business. Made with 100% natural ingredients, they have created unique flavour combinations that have been developed to complement premium spirits and stand up to be equally as delicious on their own.
They are currently undergoing accelerated growth and are rapidly expanding their team, they are now looking for a Head of Grocery & eCommerce who has ambition and an entrepreneurial approach to business and will relish the role of a challenger brand, finding innovative ways to reach consumers. You will be managing key grocery and eCommerce accounts as well as oversee the D2C and eCommerce business operations. This hybrid role is crossed between two key areas of the business; however, the role is predominately sales based. Therefore, you will need to have strong relationships with Grocery buyers and experience of managing Amazon will put you in a strong position for your application to be successful.
You will oversee and maximise sales for new and existing e-commerce and grocery channels, setting the strategy, vision, and performance. A key facet will be to optimise and evolve their website whilst driving traffic and improving retention, conducting day-to-day performance monitoring, and bringing new initiatives to the table. Key to this role is a driven, sales head who seeks new opportunities to drive customer conversation, widen the portfolio and drive category growth in supermarkets & online.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity you must have a close working relationship with key grocery buyers and third-party ecommerce partners, whilst ideally having a background in FMCG, paired with solid experience working for the leading grocers or high-volume retailers.
