This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a new, innovative premium mixer & soft drinks business. Made with 100% natural ingredients, they have created unique flavour combinations that have been developed to complement premium spirits and stand up to be equally as delicious on their own.
They are currently undergoing accelerated growth and are rapidly expanding their team, they are now looking for a National Sales Manager who will relish challenging established brands, create innovative approaches to driving new business through RTMs in the On Trade, whilst developing and inspiring a small team of BDMs to execute the plans you have devised to drive growth in the On Trade with passion, daring and creativity.
Your responsibility whilst managing the BDMs will be focused on On-Trade Groups, Regional RTM and On-Trade Independents as well as some areas of Wholesale / Cash & Carry. As National Sales Manager your key aim will be to direct and motivate the team to achieve a variety of KPIs including new distribution, pouring contracts, activations and more. You will also manage 1 or 2 key national accounts that are important to your channel , adding to a list that currently includes Loungers, Drake & Morgan, and The Inception Group to name a few.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, it is essential that you have experience of managing a team within the drinks industry. Ideally you will have a strong understanding of the UK On-Trade, as well as a commercial background in account management. Those from the premium mixer industry with strong category knowledge may be at an advantage, but individuals from other areas of the drinks industry will also be strongly considered.
